Required
Ability to provide on-demand interpretation services in Haitian Creole, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Italian, Bengali, or Dari.
Willingness to participate in training to become an interpreter.
Experience or familiarity with OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) calls.
Ability to support various departments such as sales, customer service, and IT.
Familiarity with contact center solutions.
