Responsibilities
Participate in assisting with the coordination of the month-end close process ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the close.
Compiling, and reconciling, for month-end close
Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Responsible for the monthly preparation and maintenance of support of various Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Required
Bachelors degree
Accounting or Finance, or Business with emphasis in Accounting or Finance required
3+ years
Excellent understanding and familiarity with GAAP and the ability to apply these principles in practice
Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices
Broad understanding of internal controls
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills
Experience/knowledge of SAP, S4 Hana/ECC
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and network
Ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to collaboratively challenge the business
Demonstrated ability to work independently
