Responsibilities
Perform online notarization of records in collaboration with HealthMark certifier/qualified witness.
Able to coordinate and participate in recorded Teams calls with HealthMark certifier/qualified witness with punctuality and frequency.
Organize and document recordings and notarizations in electronic records.
Utilization of Nitro, Microsoft Office Suite products, excel, and minimally HealthMark’s proprietary technology for documentation upload.
Manage time, calendar, and documentation to ensure timely notarization of requests.
Communicate well with HealthMark certifier/qualified witness and legal processing team lead and members to ensure timely, accurate, and fluid notarization of requests.

Required
Basic use of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to learn new technology.
1-2 years’ work experience within a team.
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
Proactive work habits.
Preferred
BA, Associate, or technical degree preferred.
