Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across all channels
Collaborate with senior leadership to align brand marketing strategies with the company’s business goals and objectives
Refine and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring it is consistently represented across all marketing materials and channels, and resonates strongly with our target audience to differentiate our brand in the marketplace
Oversee the creation of brand campaigns that effectively convey our brand’s message and values, ensuring consistency across all platforms
Develop strategic partnerships with other brands and organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide strategic decisions and position the brand effectively in competitive markets
Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently to maximize ROI
Lead, mentor, and expand the brand marketing team, fostering a creative and results-driven environment
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, external partners, and media to enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation
Monitor and report on the performance of brand initiatives to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Champion the brand internally, ensuring all company initiatives align with our brand identity and values
Ensure company-wide adherence to brand guidelines, conducting regular training sessions and updates for all departments to maintain brand consistency and integrity in every aspect of the organization’s output
Develop and maintain an easily accessible digital library of brand resources and templates, ensuring that all team members have the tools they need to create consistent, brand-aligned communications and materials

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position at companies that market to enterprise executives
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
Deep understanding of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms

Master’s degree
