Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems
Lead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals to streamline workflows and enhance business operations
Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
Develop custom solutions using C#, NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server for advanced customization and scalability
Oversee CRM upgrades, plugin development, and system configurations for optimal service delivery
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality, client focused outcomes on time
Manage data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and continuity between systems
Create technical documentation, low-level designs, and conduct workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
Integrate tools such as Google Analytics with Dynamics CE and implement Power BI dashboards to drive data-driven decisions

Required
Master’s degree in computer applications or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions
Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and CRM Online/On-premise implementations
Proficiency in no-code/low-code solutions and advanced technical customizations
Strong programming skills in C#, NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server
Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and DevOps
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering full-cycle projects
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MB-230, MB-210) and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in integrating chatbots (PVA) and managing Omnichannel solutions
Knowledge of responsive web design principles and modern UI frameworks like ReactJS
Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in technical consulting
