Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance business processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to gather and analyze requirements.

Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and relevance for AI applications.

Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for AI solutions, including model architectures, training procedures, and deployment strategies.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for AI applications, including monitoring and troubleshooting.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of AI projects.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and propose effective solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively in a team environment.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Federal Experience is a plus.
