Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the digital marketing and website development landscape, particularly in the Texas region.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor to foster long-term collaboration.
Lead the proposal creation process, ensuring tailored, results-driven solutions that align with client needs and Madcraft’s expertise.
Drive demand generation efforts, including outreach campaigns, content strategies, and lead nurturing.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate client goals into actionable project strategies.
Manage inbound leads, ensuring timely responses and conversion into viable opportunities.
Develop strategies for entering new markets or expanding presence in existing ones, leveraging data and insights.
Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, UX/UI, and website development.
Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
Represent Madcraft at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Required

Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
Expertise in digital marketing strategies, website development, and eCommerce solutions.
Exceptional ability to build relationships, develop trust, and act as a strategic partner to clients.
Experience crafting tailored proposals and delivering engaging presentations to prospective clients.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a results-oriented approach to business growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for uncovering client needs and delivering solutions.

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
