Responsibilities

Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor and analyze business performance.
Design and execute user acceptance testing for new solutions.
Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.

Required

Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes and systems.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
Experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
