Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital media strategies that align with their business goals and amplify their thought leadership.
Coach clients in user-generated content (UGC) best practices, empowering them to create authentic, high-impact content that resonates with their audience.
Ideate, produce, and execute creative content across various formats, including videos, podcasts, and virtual events, to captivate B2B audiences.
Manage multiple client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and providing regular updates on campaign progress.
Leverage MarketScale’s suite of tools and platforms to streamline content creation and enhance client engagement.

Required
At least 5 hours per week commitment
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging social media for B2B or marketing campaigns
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Social Media, and other marketing tools
Experience in an agency, marketing, production, or strategy role
Proven ability to manage projects and communicate directly with clients
Strong business writing and communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Planner, Word, Excel, and other productivity platforms
5-10 years of marketing or production experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
