Responsibilities

Review and assess existing financial plans, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the budget preparation process.

Collaborate with leadership to align budget priorities with corporate goals and long-term growth strategy.

Utilize Unanet ERP software to consolidate financial data and generate detailed reports, ensuring the budget reflects accurate and actionable insights.

Prepare a comprehensive and finalized 2025 corporate budget, accompanied by clear documentation for internal review and approval.

Provide expert financial guidance to support decision-making and foster a strong fiscal foundation for BOOST’s operations.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Minimum of 10 years proven CFO experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably with government contracting organizations and/or professional services organizations within the GovCon industry.

Demonstrated experience in corporate budget preparation, analysis, and optimization.

Possess a strong understanding of Unanet software, including its budgeting and reporting functionalities.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality results as a consultant, consistently meeting objectives on a firm-fixed-price basis.

Exceptional ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Proven experience thriving in a 1099 consultant role, consistently delivering successful outcomes on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis.
