Responsibilities
Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Required
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
Proven expertise with PeopleSoft HCM Benefits and Payroll (mandatory).

Preferred
Familiarity with payroll/benefits compliance and regulations is a plus.
