Responsibilities
Manage large scale multi-month / multi-year projects within timeline and budget
Lead designers in the creation of engineering documentation inclusive of non-potable distribution piping systems, irrigation systems, pump stations, tanks, wells, related infrastructure, and various control and telemetry systems.
Build the professional practice of the firm and enhance its reputation with clients, the public, and the profession.
Serve as Engineer/Architect of Record for projects with this requirement
Evaluate, select, and specify civil, mechanical, irrigation, and control engineered systems or products for projects. This includes but is not limited to pipe material selection, pump selection, valve selection, controllers as well as application of said systems.
Quality Assurance: Exceed expectations for the quality of deliverables, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our services.
Financial Stewardship: Complete tasks within budget constraints, adhering to our policies and procedures without compromise.
Process Excellence: Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness at every turn.
Engineering Design: Execute assigned project tasks with precision, employing sound engineering practices and adhering to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Process Management: Ensure tasks for projects are completed in alignment with established processes, contributing to documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
Training and Feedback: Assist in training new team members and provide constructive performance feedback to support their growth and development.

Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical systems design, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality design packages.
Current Licensure as a RLA (Registered Landscape Architect) with the capability of obtaining State of Florida licensure by Jan 1 2025. Additional states may be required.
Experience working in the commercial construction/development process
Collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive feedback graciously, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented team environment.
Flexible approach to work, able to navigate changing project schedules and priorities with ease.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear communication with team members and clients alike.
Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering results that exceed expectations.
Preferred
Experience with civil 3d or BIM
