Responsibilities
Build, implement, and maintain APIs (including Meta, Google, Bing) and data pipelines to support seamless integration between marketing platforms, CRM, and analytics tools.
Deploy and manage pixel tracking across all advertising platforms to attribute leads and performance accurately.
Oversee technical SEO and website optimization for lead generation and funnel performance.
Use platforms like Segment, Optimizely, and OptinMonster to manage and optimize conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments.
Monitor and analyze marketing funnel performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and manage dashboards and reports that track key metrics, including lead attribution, ROI, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize ROAS, CAC, MQL, CPL based on data findings.
Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to improve lead flow and data accuracy across all systems.
Design and enforce standards for data quality, ensuring consistent and reliable insights for decision-making.

Required
4+ years in a technical marketing, RevOps, or similar role with experience in API integrations, tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency in pixel implementation, tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel), and ad platforms.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Segment, and reporting platforms like Tableau or Looker.
Hands-on experience with CRO tools like Optimizely and OptinMonster.
Knowledge of technical SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs).
Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with coding or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for automation and troubleshooting is a plus.
