Responsibilities
Develop and execute cross-platform paid media campaigns, including search (PPC), display, social media ads, and programmatic advertising, to drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and CPA using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards. Generate actionable insights to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Allocate and optimize budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend.
Conduct in-depth performance analysis of campaigns using attribution models, audience insights, and channel-specific metrics to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests for ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Use advanced audience segmentation, remarketing strategies, and lookalike audiences to reach and convert high-value prospects.
Partner with content, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and brand messaging, and to develop high-quality, engaging ad content.
Leverage tools like Google Ads Editor, Facebook Ads Manager, and bid management platforms to continually refine bids, placements, and targeting.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and new ad formats to identify growth opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.

Required
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and analyzing paid digital campaigns, preferably in the insurance or pet industry.
Proven success in scaling campaigns with measurable performance improvements.
Proficiency in using ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau).
Expertise in tracking and analyzing digital campaign performance using UTM parameters, pixel implementation, and event-based tracking systems.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing KPIs, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis.
Ability to create data-driven strategies that align with overall business objectives and deliver strong ROI.
Strong ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Preferred
Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or other relevant credentials.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience with insurance or pet-focused digital marketing campaigns.
Expertise in tools like Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
Familiarity with compliance and regulations in digital advertising within the insurance industry.
Passion for pets and understanding of pet owners' needs and preferences.
