Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all their insurance needs.
Policy Management: Oversee the development, review, and adjustment of insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate and identify risk exposures for clients and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance products and services tailored to their specific requirements.
Claims Assistance: Support clients in the claims process, ensuring efficient handling and resolution.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market conditions and industry trends to offer competitive insurance options.
• Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our clients.
• Coordinate the servicing of assigned accounts.
• Enter data as required by insurance company automation systems
• Provide support to the Producer on pre-renewal processes.
• Handle correspondence and the clerical processing of accounts including applications and computer input of each account.
• Help track cancellation/reinstatement system for commercial accounts.
• Developing complete familiarity with all forms and paperwork including their intent and purpose.
• Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.
• Assing service items to the service team such as invoices, transmittals, ID cards, certificates of insurance, binders, and cancellation forms as required.
• Assign policy checking policies and endorsements for completeness to the service team.
• Maintain an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response.
• Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required
• Assign monthly policy deliveries to the service team
• Assing proposal building
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required
Valid and up-to-date P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license is required.
At least 3 years of proven experience in commercial insurance.
In-depth understanding of commercial insurance policies and coverage options.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve client issues.
Proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools to facilitate remote work.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment.
Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams internally.
