Required
4+ Years working in a capacity of Program Manager, (with experience in Agile Roles as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Coach)
Technical background and expertise, able to facilitate deeply technical discussions
Worked closely with multiple engineering teams simultaneously to facilitate planning and product execution, work decomposition.
Had successfully implemented new processes to multiple teams and mastered the art of change management
Defined metrics, and associated data collection within Jira in a consistent manner
Configured and managed Jira workflows, company managed boards
Has deep understanding of Agile and Lean values and principles
