Responsibilities
Provide technical accounting research and consultation on significant, complex and non-routine accounting transactions to management
Prepare and research technical U.S. GAAP and SEC research and position papers
Assist with the adoption of new accounting pronouncements
Update and maintain accounting policies and procedures
Support general accounting dept with month, qtr. and year end close
Preparation and review of the quarterly and annual SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K
Support Senior Accounting management and Corporate Accounting
Assist or manage various ad-hoc projects and special assignments

Required
BA in Acct or Finance
5 plus years of SEC reporting
Public acct or public firm experience
Financial reporting
Excellent technical skills
Ability to work independently and also communicate acct findings with mgmt.
