Responsibilities

Process and manage legal billing using Aderant software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with the firm’s billing department to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Provide expert-level guidance on Aderant functionalities, including troubleshooting and optimizing usage.

Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving client invoicing issues.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations and firm policies.

Required

Proven experience with Aderant billing software in a legal environment.

Strong understanding of legal billing procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and clients.

Preferred

Prior experience supporting a law firm’s billing department.
