Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive vice president, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Manage information flow and maintain confidentiality.
Maintain current databases, publish periodic reports, conduct research, make assessments and recommendations, and present findings.
Subject matter expert on company policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts.
Track contract deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities within the construction sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, construction and military personnel.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
Create clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and reports.
Edit and proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Construction Management or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within a defense or government contracting environment.
Strong understanding of military and government contracting processes and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to write technical documentation.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Active security clearance or eligibility for security clearance.
