Responsibilities
Perform department-specific duties and responsibilities in a training capacity.
Assists in creation of actuarial models.
Provide research and administrative assistance for special projects as assigned.
Present findings and make recommendations.
Perform work assignments in support of departmental goals.
Attend and participate in meetings at the invitation of leadership.
Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
Compiles analytical and statistical reports.
Reviews information for accuracy and reconciles data.
Conducts and synthesizes market research.

Required
High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
Preferred
Progress towards (or completion of) Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or healthcare-related field is strongly preferred.
Successful completion of at least 1 SOA exam is strongly preferred.
Prior internship experience in actuarial or healthcare organization is preferred.
Potential opportunity to continue internship part-time during the school year.
