Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions, ensuring they meet the functional and technical requirements of the business.

Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and engineering teams to define and document solution requirements, specifications, and constraints.

Develop high-level system architecture and detailed technical specifications for projects.

Design and manage the integration of third-party services and systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.

Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation and maintenance.

Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, performance, security, and resilience.

Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new technologies, platforms, and integrations.

Recommend and implement best practices for system architecture, software development, and cloud infrastructure.

Mentor and provide guidance to engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology, providing innovative solutions and improving existing systems.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals and objectives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or in a similar technical leadership role.

Strong expertise in system design, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise solutions.

Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

Deep knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and data protection in distributed environments.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL, NoSQL) and integration with cloud-native solutions.

Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Federal Experience is a plus.
