Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business strategies that align with corporate objectives.
Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Leverage data analytics to drive strategic decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and assess business performance.
Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Demonstrate ownership of problems and deliver practical solutions.
Vendor Management: Create RFPs, evaluate vendor proposals, and manage vendor relationships to achieve business goals.
Mortgage Origination Expertise: Apply knowledge of the consumer-direct mortgage origination process to optimize strategies and operations.
Performance Marketing and Data Science: Collaborate with teams to develop and refine performance marketing initiatives and data-driven strategies.
Leadership and Communication: Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and team members. Drive alignment and collaboration across the organization.
Problem-Solving and Innovation: Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and innovative approaches to overcome challenges and achieve results.

Required
MBA strongly preferred.
5-10 years of professional experience with demonstrated career growth and measurable impact.
Background in information technology, software engineering, or related fields.
Strong analytical, reasoning, and decision-making skills.
Detail-oriented, driven, and capable of managing complex projects.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of performance marketing and data science principles.
Familiarity with the consumer-direct mortgage origination process.
Highly collaborative and team oriented.
Demonstrated ownership of problems and proactive in delivering solutions.
Strong desire to win, succeed, and drive results.
Ability to work well with executives and handle high-level responsibilities.
Must reside in the U.S. and work East Coast hours.
