Required
Solid DoD/ Government and/or public sector experience
Experience with DoD customers and processes (NIST, FedRamp, STIGs, etc.)
SecOps products (incident response) Product leadership (Principal / Director+)
Startup experience (exec / co-founder is a plus)
B2B enterprise software experience (collaboration software is a plus)
Must be a US Citizen
8+ years of product management experience, preferably in critical infrastructure industries such as defense, cybersecurity, or manufacturing
High-impact leadership style with exceptional communication and influence abilities
Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for design, usability, and continuous improvement
Highly independent and pragmatic work style, with a strong bias for action and iteration
Willing to travel up to 20-30% during peak seasons
Experience with companies in critical infrastructure or secure collaboration industries
Proven track record in simplifying complex concepts and influencing high-level decisions
