Responsibilities
Inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sell membership access.
Market bolt access by attending conferences and trade shows.
Gain commitments from agents to transfer or rewrite business from other sources.
Generate referrals from assigned agents.
Educate agents about system usage, company procedures, compensation incentives & program availability.
Assume other responsibilities as directed.

Required
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and issues with a variety of variables.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to organize multiple projects, exercise good judgment, maintain a high level of confidentiality, exhibit a professional demeanor, and possess a mature, executive presence.
Sales/Marketing and/or Customer Service experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to retain and grow existing inventory of assigned agents.
Consistently performs at or above required objectives.
Previous outside sales experience, and/or account management is required.
