Responsibilities
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Communicate with candidates across various channels, explaining job openings and assessing fit
Collaborate with hiring managers during intake meetings to attract the appropriate candidate pool
Manage the interview process and ensure accountability for all candidates interviewed
Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates, clearly communicating benefits and offer details

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Effective verbal and written communication skills
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Preferred
Advanced internet search experience using Boolean search techniques strongly preferred
Experience operating in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to assess candidate performance and fit for specific roles
