Responsibilities
Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Leading and managing a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback.
Setting clear goals and KPIs for the team and evaluating performance against these metrics.
Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
Monitoring and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
Overseeing brand development and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Conducting market research to understand customer preferences and behavior.
Using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures are within allocated budget limits.
Tracking and reporting on budget allocation and performance.
Working closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Providing marketing support and materials for sales teams.
Overseeing the company's digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
Driving online traffic to the company website and social media pages.
Monitoring and reporting on marketing metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or 8+ years of experience in a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Director, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role.
Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and online marketing tools.
Experience in market research and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing data (metrics, trends, etc.) to adjust strategies and tactics.
Familiarity with the industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities.
