Responsibilities
Provide an excellent online experience for our donors.
Handle urgent break-fix issues.
Collaborate with a diverse set of other teams.
Instrument monitoring systems.
Build automation for operational tasks.
Participate in an on-call rotation to address donor-facing concerns.

Required
Bachelor's degree in programming/systems or computer science or other related field or 4 years of equivalent and relevant work experience.
Requires work experience including advanced programming techniques and application design, 3-5 years.
May require knowledge of distributed systems architecture, middleware, or object-oriented analysis and design.
