Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Partner with clients to understand their technical and business needs, analyze system requirements, and gather specific solution needs to ensure alignment with our offerings.
Solution Design & Customization: Design, configure, and implement custom solutions to meet clients’ unique needs, working with internal teams to align on timelines and resources.
Product Deployment & Integration: Lead the deployment process, from initial setup through testing, implementation, and post-launch support, ensuring smooth integration with the client's systems.
Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that arise during or after the implementation process.
Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve our implementation methodologies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Professional Services Engineer, Technical Consultant, Implementation Specialist, or related role, ideally in a SaaS, IT, or enterprise solutions environment.
Proficiency in one or more C#, Python, SQL, Flutter, and MongoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure, CRM/ERP systems.
Familiarity with networking protocols, databases, and security principles.
Familiarity with deployment and integration tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centered approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
Preferred
Experience with Access Control Software.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or similar).
