Responsibilities
Researching and compiling lists of prospects
Emailing and calling prospects
Tracking contacts with customers and prospects
Responding quickly and accurately to customer inquiries
Determining customer needs
Placing orders
Communicating order status to customers
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain more orders
Analyzing business data
Making data sets visually appealing
Drawing meaningful analysis
Making the conclusions actionable on Zoho CRM

Required
Excellent customer service skills
Have a 'go getter' attitude and mindset for sales.
Be able to cold call and handle rejections with grace and see it as an opportunity to learn
Ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively and professionally.

Have a passion for completing high quality work.
