Responsibilities

Serve as a member of the service area team
Sit on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance
Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends for the organization
Collect, research and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses
Apply advanced knowledge and skills
Perform difficult and complex tasks
Provides guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts
Support larger and/or more complex service area teams
Use critical thinking skills daily
Have knowledge of accrual based accounting

Degree in Accounting5+ years analytical experienceCertified Public Accountant (CPA)5+ years medical group accounting5+ years finance experienceMS ExcelCertified Management Accountant (CMA)Accrual based accounting2+ years healthcare experienceCritical thinking skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
5+ years of analytical and business experience
Knowledge of accrual based accounting

Preferred

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or another closely related field of study
5+ years of medical group accounting / finance experience
2+ years of healthcare related experience
MS Excel
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
