Responsibilities

Assist in the analysis of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.

Work with key stakeholders to perform customer and sales analytics.

Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.

Support the design and development of new system functionalities and enhancements.

Conduct system testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of system specifications, workflows, and processes.

Generate reports on system performance, asset utilization, and other relevant metrics.

Oversee supplier relationships.

Assist in the development of policies and procedures for IT asset management.
