Responsibilities
Assist in development and implementation of HR strategies with the Company’s overall mission, vision, and business objectives as outlined by the CHRO.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and initiatives that support organizational growth and success.
Lead the HR team in executing programs and policies that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution processes in a fair and consistent manner.
Address team member concerns in a timely and effective manner.
In partnership with C-suite, foster team member engagement initiatives to enhance the overall workplace culture.
Partner with HR leadership and organization to support talent development for retention.
Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development planning.
Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure the Company’s compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks and promote a culture of ethical conduct and integrity.
Identify training needs and collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to design and implement relevant training programs.
Review onboarding orientation to enhance effective training styles and programs for knowledge retention and engagement.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience as an HR leader in multi-site / multi-state environment required.
Ability to operate as a people leader in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Warm and effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Preferred
Advanced HR degree or certification preferred.
