Responsibilities
Successfully sell projects that are profitable for the division, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Provide coverage for DSM (District Sales Manager) roles in regions without an active DSM or during their unavailability.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings to generate accurate project takeoffs and create detailed eQuote scopes for commercial metal building projects.
Engage with builders to ensure project specifications align with their needs and maintain project accuracy throughout the sales cycle.
Travel with DSMs to assist in builder recruitment, conduct project meetings, and perform detailed box-by-box reviews.
Develop and maintain sales strategies, setting clear expectations with builders to ensure mutually beneficial business relationships.
Efficiently manage multiple tasks including project management, scheduling, pricing, and handling phone and email correspondence.

Required
2 years’ experience in Metal Building, Construction, or Construction related field.
Ability to interpret Architectural and Structural Drawings.
Willingness and ability to travel to builders’ offices and job sites, possibly on short notice.
Required to have and keep a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Preferred
Technical Associates Degree or Bachelor’s in Business, Construction, or Engineering related fields
