Responsibilities

Expert on analysis of the numbers, and develop thoughtful insights and ideas on what the numbers mean and how to use them as the basis for strategies and driving results on the team

Supports the Company Vision 'care for and protect loved ones now and for generations to come' and can bring the vision to life through building integrated advisors delivering planning to clients.

Is accountable for the development and execution of strategic support services. This may include, but is not limited to:

Advisor Teaming Leadership Role

Production Assessment and Strategies

Lead ongoing 1x1 consultations with Advisors

Develop and present ongoing trainings

Work closely with VP/Operations to provide weekly workflow

Professional development (tracking of professional credentials)

Lead weekly goals, sales, and metrics based meeting Client Builder

Provide quarterly feedback and guidance on compensation

Work closely with Director of Business Development and members of operations team to create opportunities for the advisors in the firm through systems and processes

Create consistency between advisors in delivery of planning and service

Assist in the hiring of new team members and onboarding of new partners

Implements and manages Consulting Program with selected Advisors on the team that have the ability and desire to grow. Drives progress and accountability through a plan and manages sales growth through metrics.
