Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
Optimize and monitor campaign performance, navigating experimentation roadmaps across creative, targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, landing pages, and more.
Achieve growth goals across CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPM.
Collaborate with creative and agency teams.
Manage large multimillion-dollar media budgets.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
7+ years of experience in paid social media management.
Proven track record with Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Looker, GA4, TripleWhale).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
