Responsibilities
Lead month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and review
Consolidate financial statements across entities and multi-currency accounts
Ensure compliance with GAAP and SaaS-specific revenue recognition standards
Accurately track and report MRR, ARR, and other recurring revenue streams
Manage balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
Oversee bank reconciliations and alignment of statements with internal records
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support audits and tax filings by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a SaaS company
Proficiency in QuickBooks
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition principles
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and proactive, solution-oriented approach
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Preferred
Expertise in MRR/ARR accounting and multi-currency consolidations
