Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering Directors and Product Managers to lead complex cross-functional projects, leveraging your technical experience to identify and mitigate blockers and optimize efficiencies
Plan strategic projects–identify stakeholders, collect and analyze requirements, define scope and key milestones, create comprehensive project plans, build teams, and assign tasks
Execute projects–manage day-to-day activity and resources, monitor and track progress, update plans and documentation, facilitate data-driven decision-making and problem-solving, and proactively address and solve for potential risks.
Provide comprehensive updates to technical and organizational leadership
Elicit feedback from leadership; iterate and communicate accordingly to stakeholders to ensure continued alignment
Create and update documentation to maintain a source of truth optimize repeatability at scale
Leverage data to extract and operationalize insights to plan, execute, and iterate on strategic project
Be the ultimate team player, flexing to assist with whatever is needed to keep Button’s team functioning at a high level.
Compile weekly updates for leadership team and company on project execution, resource allocation, and other delivery-related items.

Required
6-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years focused on technical projects
Proven ability to influence, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams in pursuit of project objectives, accelerating decision making and driving alignment across the organization
Familiarity with consumer & partner-facing SaaS development, with machine learning, ads, or consumer product experience a plus.
Experience in a SaaS, cloud-based, or technology-driven organization.
Fluency in Button’s tech stack, including Jira and Confluence.
Experience collaborating closely both with technical leadership as well as the C-suite
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; the ability to take high-level direction from leadership and action specific deliverables as well as to translate complex, technical concepts to easily digestible concepts for a broader business audience
Both an exceptional attention to detail and ability to zoom out to digest goals and deliverables both within project and broader organization
