Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain the Control-M environment across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
Manage and troubleshoot batch workflows, jobs, and scheduling issues.
Monitor and maintain Control-M Agents, Servers, and other infrastructure components.
Collaborate with developers and business users to ensure Control-M jobs meet business requirements.
Develop, test, and implement Control-M job scheduling policies and procedures.
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to the Control-M environment.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Control-M Administrator in a mid-to-large sized organization.
Excellent knowledge of Control-M architecture and functionality.
Experience with Control-M integration with other enterprise systems such as databases, applications, and cloud services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Must be eligible to hold a Public Trust government issued security clearance
Preferred
Control-M Certification (BMC Certified Administrator or BMC Certified Professional)
Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Shell.
Knowledge of other workload automation tools.
