Responsibilities
Collaborate with partners in technology and business development to create AI-driven design solutions using the Invisible Process Orchestration Platform.
Explore market signals and customer needs, test value propositions, and generate new ideas.
Develop a product vision, establish product-market fit, and deliver a differentiated MVP that redefines the design industry.
Leverage leadership experience to establish systems, strategies, and operational practices.
Foster a results-oriented, optimistic culture across employees, contractors, and clients.
Oversee all client work, ensuring top-notch quality and building strong client relationships.
Collaborate with an initial team of a creative director, technologist, and business developer to lay the foundation for success.
Expand the team strategically, blending full-time hires with a mix of contractors from trusted connections and the Infinity network.

Required
10+ years of experience in a design profession, such as branding, graphic design, or communication design.
10+ years of business leadership experience. Experience in a design-related field is preferred but not required.
Proven experience in strategy development, business acumen, and inspiring teams.
Strong understanding of design principles, with a creative mindset.
Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication abilities.
Financial literacy and ability to create operating plans for small businesses.
Proven track record in closing key clients and managing active, engaged boards.
Experience in client relationship management, including managing expectations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience applying leading-edge digital technology for disruptive applications based on client needs and business requirements.
Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
