Responsibilities

Identify and engage key decision makers for Franchise accounts, creating tailored solutions to address the franchisors’ needs.
Ownership of new partner acquisition for the Preferred Vendor Partnership channel
Identify and leverage events, trade shows, and strategic partnerships to accelerate partner acquisition
Achieve or exceed specified goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Develop creative solutions and convey them in professional, attention-grabbing ways
Maintain client relationships, providing support, and information, and identifying new opportunities for partnership and revenue generation.
Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution of deliverables and deadlines.

Required

Minimum 5 years of full cycle, mid-market(+) sale experience
Relentless hunter mentality with a strong prospecting acumen and strategy
Excellent rapport building, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Superior creative problem-resolution skills
Strong oral and written communication, as well as polished presentation skills
Experience proposing and negotiating six and seven-figure deals
Experience working with Procurement Teams, P.O. Processes, etc.
Experience with CRM, ZoomInfo, Excel, and other sales-related software tools
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for client travel
Ability to work independently or collaboratively
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events

Preferred

Franchise Sales experience a plus, but not required
