Responsibilities

Has knowledge and is able to handle issues related to the JLL different platforms and systems: Corrigo, FMS, Client Portal, Property Hub, Portfolio, Teams Channels, E1, Clarizen and any other system that the client implements.
Monitors and keeps all technology platforms working for all users, troubleshoots issues and reports to JLL Technology
Creates new users and grants access to new users.
Develops training programs and material and delivers the training in all regions (NAM, LATAM, EMEA and APAC)
Updates the client portal.
Presents ideas on new technologies that can be useful for the client.
Tracks the technology budget.
Connects with internal JLL Tech teams to solve issues and upgrade systems.
Ensures all reporting is sent on time according to the CPIs and KPIs
Documents all processes and keeps them updated in the share point.
Conducts technology discovery sessions with the client team members and develops an action plan.
Leads the data collection from different JLL service lines on the account to complete the CPI/KPI workbook and checks calculations to provide accurate metrics.
Acts as single point of contact with the JLL Technology executive on JLL side and supports the technology growth plan designed for the fiscal year.
On boards all new team members (JLL and client) on the technology side.
Proactive, willing to learn and take new challenges.
Advanced computer skills.
Excellent communication skills including active listening, verbal, written and visual and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level.
Ability to work independently, problem solve and navigate through ambiguity.
Proficiency with MS suite.
Expert level data analytical skills and mastery of Excel
Get training on new technologies and trends.
Be able to introduce new JLL technologies and solutions to the client.

Experience in any Real Estate field.
