Responsibilities

Coordinate the procurement, creation, and repair of department projects including but not limited to literature, props, and demonstration materials
Efficiently manage the scheduling, routing, and purchasing of all assigned production projects, guaranteeing timely completion and competitive pricing
Keep project tracking systems, such as Asana, up-to-date, ensuring clear visibility on progress
Serve as a key point of communication among designers, external vendors, and project requesters
Obtain bids and process print orders for assigned projects
Responsible for administrative tasks for the department, such as filing and coordinating shipments, to support overall operations
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team to develop solutions and ideas for a variety of projects
Research and identify potential vendors, resources, and collaborators for various projects
Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the manager or director, adapting to evolving departmental needs

Required

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of project coordination and/or professional office experience
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills, reliability, and accuracy
Demonstrated effective research skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to develop proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, and Asana, as well as a willingness to learn new software
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid U.S. driver's license, a minimum of three years of driving experience, and a satisfactory driving record
Professional appearance and adherence to a healthy vegan lifestyle
Commitment to the objectives of the organization

Preferred

Creative mindset with an interest or background in print production, design, art, or costume design is a plus, though not required
Understanding and appreciation of the creative process will be helpful in this role
