Responsibilities

Proactively develop and lead a global sales prospect development program that spans multiple digital assets fund strategies.
Attract new clients and cross-sell to existing clients from other businesses in Securitize.

Required

Expertise in lead generation, consultative selling, and negotiation.
Awareness of key sales tools, CRM systems, and business development frameworks.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, DeFi, and the digital asset ecosystem.
Familiarity with the operational, compliance, and regulatory nuances of managing crypto funds.
Knowledge of fund structures such as hedge funds, venture capital funds, and private equity funds.
Understanding of fund accounting, reporting, tax compliance, and NAV calculations.
At least 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within fund administration, fintech, or financial services.
Proven ability to identify, engage, and close deals with fund managers, family offices, or institutional investors.
Experience in managing long-term client relationships and delivering customized solutions.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Ability to grow a pipeline, close deals, and scale a portfolio in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience collaborating across marketing, product, and operations teams to align service offerings with client needs.
Familiarity with fund admin platforms, blockchain tools, and reporting systems.
Ability to translate technical details into client-focused value propositions.

Preferred

Knowledge of financial regulations impacting digital funds, such as AML, KYC, and reporting standards.
Prior experience working with crypto funds, digital asset managers, or blockchain-related businesses is highly desirable.
Awareness of current trends in digital assets, blockchain, and fund management, including emerging opportunities and challenges.
