Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to staff by fostering an environment that encourages employee engagement, teamwork, and collaboration.

Oversee timely and accurate delivery of client reports such as NAV packages, GAAP/IFRS financial statements, and capital statements.

Supervise the work of Senior Managers and staff by providing guidance and motivation to drive performance.

Drive projects including progressive development of the product offering.

Enhance service offering and ensure profitability.

Act as an escalation point for clients, investors, and other third parties.

Develop training documents and policies & procedures.

Act as a member of the Disaster Recovery Team.

Stay current on professional and industry developments and best practices through continuing education trainings as they relate to the business environment.
