Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with Per Scholas' mission and long-term goals.
Build and maintain a technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives to ensure scalable, efficient, resilient, and secure systems that facilitate data-driven insights across the organization.
Lead the integration of data architecture, infrastructure, and enterprise systems to support seamless operations across multiple sites and functions.
Drive technology project management execution by implementing and overseeing effective methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) to ensure that technology initiatives are delivered on time within budget and meeting organizational objectives.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology projects, aligning metrics with organizational goals to measure impact, progress, and performance across all major initiatives.
Provide regular project status reports to executive leadership, offering insights on project milestones, KPI outcomes, and recommendations for continuous improvement in project delivery and technology impact.
Oversee enterprise-level technologies' selection, configuration, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and good practices.
Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across all platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making at all organizational levels.
Partner with the appropriate organizational teams to build a robust infrastructure that enables timely and accurate reporting of outcomes.
Oversee classroom technology deployment, innovation, and maintenance, working with instructional teams to enhance curriculum delivery and learner engagement through technology.
Work closely with instructional and program teams to ensure technology effectively supports curriculum delivery and learner engagement.
Evaluate and implement new educational technologies to improve learner experience, working closely with program teams to align technology solutions with teaching and learning objectives.
Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure that third-party solutions meet organizational needs.
Identify and evaluate new technologies and partnerships to enhance Per Scholas' infrastructure and service delivery.
Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation while investing in tools and systems that drive efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to technology, data privacy, and security.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Learning & Development, to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities.
Drive professional development and support team members in building skills aligned with industry trends, promoting a culture of learning and inclusion.

Required
Proven track record of developing and implementing technology strategies that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and data security best practices.
Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional teams, managing large-scale technology projects, and delivering results across multiple locations and time zones.
Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and other project management methodologies to facilitate implementation speed and user uptake.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, including experience managing enterprise systems, infrastructure, data architecture, and project teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
Preferred
Experience in a mission-driven organization, education, or nonprofit environment is highly desirable.
Advanced degree preferred.
