Responsibilities

Hire, develop, drive engagement, and lead a high-performing team.

Oversee workload capacity to ensure that we have a forward-looking organization plan that is positioned to scale with growth & maximize talent utilization.

Develop and implement region specific sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.

Identify market opportunities and set sales targets and goals to drive revenue growth (generate robust sales forecast)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Manage expenses and optimize cost-efficiency in sales operations.

Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and supporting sales automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Directly own execution of the sales plan

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or 12+ years of successful sales and sales leadership experience

10+ years of progressive sales experience, both as a successful outside sales rep and in sales leadership

3+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams

Preferred

Strong ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

Sales Management and Leadership Acumen.

Continuous improvement and growth mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience selling industrial capital equipment and aftermarket product

Demonstrated success in building relationships both internally and externally.
