Responsibilities
Exercise independent judgment to support Sovos' marketing and sales initiatives
Partner with Sovos customers to facilitate successful implementation of products and services
Drive team achievement of revenue and outreach goals
Introduce and promote Sovos’ solutions to prospective clients and partners
Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop and execute territory plans
Provide regular forecasts for revenue and telemarketing objectives
Identify and implement improvements to market development strategies, tools, and processes
Manage multiple sales opportunities concurrently while building a strong pipeline

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding quotas
Strong team player committed to enhancing team performance
Basic understanding of business operations, finance, and organizational structures
Ability to engage with mid-to-executive-level contacts at client organizations
Proficient in contact management solutions (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
Creative, adaptable communicator who thrives in fast-paced conversations
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn
