Responsibilities

Client management – manage client commercial conversations including contract management, pricing, reporting, and ad-hoc needs

Project pricing – utilize pricing tool and strategy to work cross-functionally to price projects/pitches

Business partnering – collaborate closely with client president and account leads as key point of contact on financial matters

P&L management – manage the P&L including monthly forecast and actuals reconciliation. Present the monthly forecast to executive management and utilize to manage and approve costs including staffing, intercompany transfers, and accrual management

External client reporting – ensuring we are contractually compliant with the ongoing reporting requirements

Cost management – provide guidance on key cost initiatives and reporting

Contract compliance – ensure contractual compliance of all financial obligations to each international client, often dealing with external & internal auditors and client procurement teams.

Management – lead, manage and review the work of more junior members of the commercial team to ensure client and internal requirements are delivered.
