Responsibilities

Plans and executes Sprints as a Scrum Master and works closely with the business product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.

Defining and managing IT system requirements for new and modified software and processes in an Agile Environments and experience with writing, tracking, and documenting user stories using tools using tools such as Agile Accelerator, Jira or others.

Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices and demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline tools such as Jira, BitBucket, Bamboo, GitHub, Confluence, Jenkins, or others.

Required

You must be a US Citizen or US National.

Successful completion of one-year probationary period, unless previously served.

Salesforce Admin certification or obtain at least a minimum of one Salesforce certification during the first year in this position.

Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-12 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates: Plans and executes Sprints as a Scrum Master and works closely with the business product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
