Responsibilities
Develop and execute an enterprise account strategy to penetrate key accounts and close new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
Establish and nurture customer relationships, deepening commercial ties with both new and existing customers.
Lead customer-facing activities, including product demonstrations and complex pilots.
Understand and articulate complex customer requirements on both business and technical levels, positioning Suridata solutions to address their needs.
Collaborate with end customers and channel partners to generate, develop, and close sales opportunities.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target accounts, fostering long-lasting relationships.
Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet or exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
Identify and influence the right channel partners (resellers and distributors), establish strong partnerships, and provide ongoing leadership and support.
Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and upward reporting to regional and area sales executives.
Utilize and maintain CRM tools to manage opportunities, deals, and real-time forecast and funnel reporting.

Required
5+ years of quota-carrying experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, specifically in enterprise cybersecurity sales.
Proven ability to drive results through sales targets, forecasting disciplines, and pipeline management.
Experience in bringing a new enterprise-level company and product to market.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Consultative sales approach with the ability to present technology solutions and articulate how they address both business and technical needs.
Proven experience developing senior executive relationships in enterprise settings.
Skilled at identifying and influencing the right partners (resellers and distributors), establishing strong relationships, and providing leadership and support.
Outstanding presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills in English.
Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, competitive, and tenacious.
Creative, adaptable, and able to overcome sales obstacles with a growth mindset.
Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50% of the time on short notice.
